This notice explains the personal information processed in connection with the IndieCore games platform, operated by Teleport Games, and how to contact us about it.

• Account information such as user name, email address, authentication and account verification status.
• Developer-provided game and product information, including submitted descriptions, files and images.
• Information associated with use of platform features, including game library, entitlements and account activity.
• Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, including server logs, IP addresses, timestamps and security events.
• Support messages or other information you choose to send us.

Why information is used

We use relevant information to create and maintain accounts, provide platform features, deliver requested services, verify access, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the processing, the legal basis may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with a legal obligation, or consent where required.

External infrastructure and services

IndieCore uses hosting and network infrastructure providers to operate the service. Transactional account emails may be sent through a Google Gmail integration. Providers may process information necessary to deliver their respective services under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Information is retained for as long as needed for the purposes above, subject to account management, security requirements, legal obligations, and applicable retention periods. We seek to restrict access and apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Where the GDPR applies, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal data and to receive a portable copy where applicable. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority.
